By accessing or using TempMail (yourtempmail.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
TempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. Free accounts receive 10-minute email duration. Premium accounts receive 24-hour email duration and additional features.
We do not guarantee email delivery or availability. Our service depends on third-party email infrastructure (Maildrop.cc).
Emails are temporary and will be automatically deleted after the expiration period.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use TempMail only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited emails, or harass others
- Engage in illegal activities or fraud
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our systems
- Use automated systems or bots to abuse the service
Prohibited Content
You may not use TempMail to receive, store, or transmit:
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Personal information of others without consent
We reserve the right to block access and report illegal activity to authorities.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium access is available for a one-time payment of $4.99. This grants lifetime access to premium features as described on the website.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify premium features, but existing premium users will retain access to equivalent functionality.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
TempMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Lost, deleted, or undelivered emails
- Any damages arising from use of the service
- Third-party service failures
- Data breaches beyond our reasonable control
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
